At Parkash Shoppe, we work with a creative, handcrafted model, where every piece is carefully selected, quality-checked, and packed under camera surveillance to ensure full accuracy. Because of this detailed process, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.

Our business runs on daily dispatches and high volumes, and accepting returns would affect our ability to bring fresh collections and stay creatively consistent. We genuinely rely on the trust and continued support of customers like you. 🤝

That said, in the rarest of rare cases, if there is any error from our side, we will of course take full responsibility — be it through a replacement, a credit note, or allowing you to choose another piece. In such cases, reverse pickup and courier charges will be fully borne by us, so you don’t have to worry at all. 💌

In rare cases of our error, we’ll replace the suit, offer a credit note, or let you choose another item. 

To assist you quickly, we may request a clear parcel opening video in case of any concerns — this helps us verify and resolve things smoothly.

• Dry clean is always recommended, regardless of whether the product is high-end or more affordable.

• If dry cleaning is not possible, you may opt for a cold hand wash, based on your personal experience.

• Wash separately – especially if the fabric has multiple colors or delicate embroidery.

• Avoid direct sunlight when drying to prevent fading.

• Iron with care on a low or medium setting; avoid using steam on embroidery.
